Deep Tissue Massage

The work is slow, using deep compression and friction, very specific, working either parallel with or perpendicular to muscles, tendons, or ligaments. Its purpose is to release the fibers of the muscles that are bound together. Toxins and deep held tension are released. The massage is most often used to relieve back and neck pain, also stress. It is an effective way to relax the muscles around an injury. This takes some of the pain and pulling sensation away. You can quicken recovery time from injury with this massage.

Thai Massage

Thai massage manipulates the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. It comprises of yoga, shiatsu and acupressure. The design is both relaxing and stimulating. Thai massage improves flexibility, reduces tension, stimulates internal organs, and balances the body's energy system. The work focuses on the major meridians (energy lines) running throughout the body. Its purpose is to bring harmony and allow energy to flow along the energy lines. By doing this you can prevents sickness by opening energy blocks before they manifest psychologically or physically.
